Virtual Assistant in tribe47

And the person who stands behind this {amazing} team is - Ewa Wysocka , tribe47’s CEO and also PortalYogi’s Founder. We’re looking for a person, who will be Ewa's invaluable support, so none other than Virtual Assistant with a sales drive. You’ll be a perfect match if: you’re available for at least 5h per week and able to answer Ewa’s request during the day, you love preparing an esthetic presentations (Google Slides and Canva are your best friends), excellent researcher is your nickname, you know how to write things, which people love to read (ideally both in Polish & English), you have great organizational skills and are accountable, you’re interested in sales/marketing (you don’t have to have prior experience in that field). What will you be responsible for? doing research about industry-specific conferences and events (both choosing which are worth taking part in and how to prepare to them), helping Ewa with creating esthetic & unputdownable presentations, collaborating with our tribe47’s creative team with simple content/creative tasks (f.e. preparing events materials, simple social media posts - all based on our templates/norms). We’re totally open if: you have only first work-experience and you’re eager to learn new skills, you’re a student and looking for a part-time job, you’re not located in Warsaw.
