VIP Support Manager in Traff It

Kombine Tech is an ecosystem company developing B2B and B2C projects in the iGaming industry.We bring together ambitious and proactive teams with our internal expertise to achieve great goals and build successful businesses at any stage of development.We are continuously growing and expanding, and currently, we're in search of a talented VIP Support Manager to help us achieve new goals and implement our plans!Requirements:• Advanced level of English proficiency;• Upper-Intermediate level of French (desired);• Experience in the iGaming niche;• Experience working with VIP clients (chats/calls);• Experience in the Canadian market or Tier 1 (desired);• Willingness to communicate by phone with VIP clients.Responsibilities:• Communication with VIP players (chats/calls);• Creating a profile of key VIP players, identifying their needs;• Building strong relationships with VIP players;• Informing VIP users about current product promotions and offers;• Providing useful feedback and ideas to team members and management;• EDT timezone.
