What manager we are looking for:
- Work experience from 1 year in the position of sales or VIP-manager on calls.
- Experience in working with sales and using various techniques.
- Ability to work with different cases, high level of stress resistance.
- Experience working with active sales.
- Knowledge of English will be a plus, but most of the clients speak Russian.
Main responsibilities:
- Daily communication with VIP clients by phone, email and messengers to build friendly, trusting relationships.
- Using sales methodologies and strong communication skills to increase the loyalty of each VIP client .
- Constantly improve and find approaches to obtain the maximum sales result.
- Help customers in solving all questions and familiarize them with current promotions and offers of our product.
- Informing the manager and related departments about identified problems or errors in the technical part of the product in order to improve user loyalty.
