Requirements: Experience as a VIP Manager in the IGaming vertical from 1 + years; Experience working with VIP clients in the IGaming industry; Knowledge of English and German at the Intermediate Strong (B1+) level and above; Ability to remember and process a large amount of information; Customer orientation; Willingness to make calls to customers in English and German languages; Excellent communication skills. Main responsibilities: Communicating with users through various channels (phone, e-mail, chat, messengers - incoming and outgoing communication); Establishing and building relationships with VIP users; Acquainting users with current promotions and product offers ;Influence customer loyalty, tracking and increasing their activity; Selection of individual bonus offers for customers of the VIP segment.
