We are currently looking for a talented VIP Customer Service Manager with knowledge of Czech / Slovak to join our team in Kyiv.
Duties:
- Providing high-quality service to our VIP customers in Czech / Slovak language, including answering their requests, consulting and solving problems by e-mail, phone, other means of communication.
- Maintaining and updating the customer database, including their requirements and personal data.
- Cooperation with various internal departments of the company to ensure efficient and quick resolution of customer problems.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Czech or Slovak language (level not lower than B1). - Experience in customer service will be a big plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with different types of clients.
- Ability to work in a team and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Orientation to results and the ability to work to achieve set goals.
