- Define CRM strategy for brands (Casino, Sports) and create a CRM plan with activities for all customer life cycles;
- Plan, execute and analyze promotional campaigns for activation, work on retention and reactivation of players;
- Analyze and create segments for promotional campaigns;
- Make requests for design and texts for promotions;
- Review events (tournaments, sporting events) and cover all major dates with promotions and communications;
- Determine the best approaches for player activation;
- Participate in hypothesis testing related to retention and activation metrics;
- Create automated funnels to keep players;
- Track weekly and monthly retention-based metrics: retention rate, reactivation rate, churn rate, ATPU, ARPU, etc.;
- Monitor weekly and monthly campaign performance metrics: campaign acceptance conversion, bonus usage conversion, percentage played, etc.;
- Increase communications metrics: email OR, CR, CTOR, SMS delivery rate, CR.
We need your professional experience:
- At least 2+ years of experience as a CRM Manager / CRM VIP Manager or a similar position in the betting industry;
- Knowledge of forming offers at rates that are profitable for customers and profitable for the company;
- Good understanding of the market and customer needs;
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, SugarCRM, etc.;
- Experience in launching and optimizing communication campaigns;
- Understanding of technologies in CRM and the impact of user experience on conversion;
- Project management skills;
- Mastery of Excel, Google Spreadsheet and Slides;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.

- Experience with running and optimizing communication campaigns;
- Understanding of technology in CRM and how user experience impacts conversion;
- Project management experience;
- Proficiency in Excel, Google spreadsheet and Slides;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.
