IGaming product is looking for a VIP Client Manager. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with VIP clients, coordinating special requests, and ensuring that all VIP needs are met.
Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience in a similar position;
— Experience in iGaming (Gambling/Betting);
— English: B2-C1 level;
— Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;
— Experience in customer relationship management;
— Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
— Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritize tasks;
Will be a plus:
— Higher education in sales/marketing or related field as an advantage;
— Knowledge of German language is an advantage (possibly excellent written);
Main Responsibilities:
— Managing the daily VIP customer service via email/WhatsApp;
— Responding to VIP customer inquiries regarding financial transactions, betting activity and/or questions about gaming activity and general information to provide a single point of contact;
— Understanding our ideal customers and their relationship to our products;
— Effectively representing the company with full knowledge of our offerings;
— Researching customer needs and determining how our solutions meet them;
— Assisting clients and creating long-term relationships that meet their needs.
