Project information: We are looking for an experienced Manager who will be responsible for personal customer service in the VIP segment. Main tasks: Online customer support; Processing of incoming e-mail requests, chats, calls; Outbound activity in the form of sms messages, e-mails, calls with maintenance; Maintaining a customer base.
