We are the Ukrainian IT company Galaktica, working on our own project in the most profitable markets of the world (USA, Canada, Australia, Great Britain).

We have big budgets and we have already fully formed all the departments. Now our goal is to build a holding company.

Over the past year our company has grown 4 times! Due to active scaling, we are looking for a VIP account manager to join our team of professionals!

What skills and criteria are important to us now:< /p>

• You have experience in the position of VIP account manager from 1 year;
• The schedule from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. is suitable for you;

  • You have a modern understanding of consumer behavior;
  • You have excellent verbal and written skills to convey ideas to clients;
  • You are able to qualitatively and clearly describe the tasks;
  • Have analytical skills to understand and analyze customer data;
  • Have time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and clients at the same time;
  • Have excellent negotiation skills to reach consensus in communication with clients;
  • Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Have fluent, spoken English (B2 Upper-Intermediate) "and above".

  It will be a plus if you:
  
  — Have experience with secondary sales (pre-sales);

  What will be part of your duties:

  • You will work with the accounts of our valuable clients;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients;
  • Determine client needs and propose solutions to meet those needs;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention;
  • Resolve any customer issues;
  • Cooperate with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests;< /li>
  • Act as a representative of the client to ensure that their requirements are met, focusing on improving the client experience.
