VIP Account Manager in RISK

Responsibilities:- Communicate closely with VIP-clients, through various communication channels: Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp, incoming calls, online chats, and e-mail;- Analyze customer complaints and suggestions, monitoring of their actions, search for opportunities to improve customer experience;- Analyze customer account and create an activation plan for each individual customer;- Performs daily analysis of client activity and its reactivation;- Work with significant winnings/losses of VIP and pre-VIP clients;- Work on increasing the amount of deposits/turnovers of VIP clients;Deal with unsuccessful deposits/withdrawals;-Work on group and individual performance indicators.Essential professional experience:- Ability to work at night shift;- Experienced in customer service/sales from 1 year;- Fluent in Ukrainian, or other languages;- English at least Intermediate;- PC skills (Word, Excel and other programs);- Knowledge of the process of successful cooperation with clients, experience patiently and actively listening to the client;- Sociability and independence, attention to detail, organization and multitasking.
