We are currently looking for a videographer to join our team for full-time employment, who will work with all Laba Group brands - Laba, SKVOT, robot_dreams. What will be on your task list: planning and organization of 16-17 shootings per month of varying duration (3-8 hours); conducting various filming formats: courses, podcasts, video invitations, videos for social networks, how to and others; development of the concept: composition, setting of the frame, help with the search for locations; work with light and sound during filming to ensure a cool result; solving organizational issues before each shooting; mentoring and support of the team in technical and creative matters. Requirements For this you will need the following skills: 3 years of experience as a videographer with various formats; the ability to effectively work with Blackmagic and Sony, including their settings; high level of skills in working with light and sound; developed sense of composition: creation of visually attractive and aesthetic shots; you get along well with the team and colleagues: you calmly respond to criticism and feedback; not afraid to offer new ideas and approaches to improve the shooting process. Nice-to-have: mentoring experience/ leadership skills; experience filming for YouTube channels.
