Video Production Lead in BETINVEST

Key tasks:

• Production of video content, distribution tasks among the team, control and support of the process from initial footage to the finished product;
• Communication with the team and coordination of its work, as well as interaction with other departments;
• Creation of graphic and video content for social network: videos, screensavers, footage, motion design;
• Quality control of video and graphic content for social networks;
• Adherence to content production plans and schedules;
• Proactive approach to finding and generating new ideas, participation in the creation of content plans.

It is important for us:

• Experience of at least 4 years;
• Proficient in video editing programs (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve);
• Skills for working with graphics and animation in After Effects or similar.
• Experience in managing a team, coordinating work, distributing tasks and monitoring their execution;
• Ability to manage video projects at all stages: from planning and creating a concept before filming, editing and finalization;
• Competent command of written Ukrainian and English (level B2 and above).
