Video editor / Designer of advertising creatives (Video + Image) in Unicorn PRO

We are looking for a master in creating advertising creatives (videos and images) for our marketing agency. 
Our specialty is performance marketing, that is, we focus on sales through paid traffic sources (Facebook, Google, etc.). We work mainly on the American market, so all advertising material is in English and sometimes in Spanish. It works with a large number of digital products: dating sites, various types of insurance, home services, etc. 

Cool advertising creative is not always about the beauty and quality of the picture, it is primarily about the ability to convey the main message through creative and create a desire in the user to buy/use the product. 
That is why we value first of all not experience, but the ability to create "selling" and interesting advertising creative. 

Responsibilities:
- Creation and editing of videos/images for advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, etc.
- Formation of concepts and ideas for advertising creative people 
- Work with related tools (AI generation of announcer's voice, generation of selling text in ChatGPT, generation of Midjourney images)
- Interaction with the marketing team to collect feedback on creatives and generate new ideas.  

Mandatory requirements:
- Ability to create cool advertising creatives.
- English (intermidiate and above)

Tools you will work with:
- Video editor (of your choice)
- Photo editor (Photoshop or other)
- ChatGPT (for generating advertising text)
- Midjourney
- Voice generation tools. 

Will be a huge plus to your profile:
- Of course, a high level of use of each of the above tools. 
- Experience in creating advertising creatives (preferably with confirmation by numbers or facts that these creatives really worked well). 


We offer:
- ZP from $500 to $1000 + bonuses for each cool working advertising creative. 
- The work is remote, part of the team is in America, and part is in Ukraine. 
- Full time, but flexible schedule. 
- We are considering the option of part-time employment.
