My name is Timur, I am the co-owner of MC.today, a publication about Ukrainians who change the world for the better. We write about entrepreneurship, innovation, society and development. Our readers are business owners, top managers, developers, marketers, product managers and other talented professionals who are innovative in their work, moving and not standing still. We are currently looking for to the MC.today team, a specialist in creating video stories - a video editor/video maker. Thanks to the work of this team member, our video direction will develop rapidly, and our readers/viewers will be aware of interesting and useful stories of the Ukrainian community. You are our person if: - you have experience in creating short (up to 1 minute) videos (news and non-news ) for social networks; - you can write a story and "screen" it; - you sincerely like to edit videos and do it quickly; - you are interested in the topics of society, business and technology, you know how to write simply about complex things. What you will do: Work with short videos on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook platforms, in particular: - edit shorts based on long YouTube interviews; - create authentic short videos for Instagram/Facebook; - test, analyze and improve the created video content; - upload videos to all platforms .Your ideal background:- you have at least one year of work in the media in a similar position;- you know how to edit and avoid unaesthetic video sequences and unreadable titles;- you understand what storytelling is and can tell a story in a video with logic and structure; - you have a portfolio of short videos that you are proud of; - you know the Ukrainian language perfectly; - you know how to work with text: you can write a video script (titles), summaries and headings for social networks; - you pay attention to details. What we offer :- Hours of Operation: Regular full time weekdays, Monday through Friday. We do not consider people for part-time employment.- We pay "in white", including paying taxes for team members.- Remote work.- Interesting and varied tasks that you will do with a team of talented, friendly and passionate people .Importantly!
