connection, configuration and support of Cisco, TANDBERG video conferencing devices

diagnostics and troubleshooting

development of operational documentation and instructions

interaction with the Microsoft\Cisco support service

preparation of technical requirements for conference rooms and review of project documentation

support Live broadcast on the MS Teams base

Necessary professional experience and requirements:

• Understanding of technologies, protocols: Ethernet, VLAN, ARP, IPv4, UDP, TCP, RTP, DHCP
• Experience with multimedia equipment
• Experience with cloud solutions for unified communications Cisco Webex Corporate:
• verbal and written communication
• Presentation and training skills
