If so, then this Vice President of Customer Success role is the perfect opportunity for you!In this leadership position, you'll be responsible for crafting a winning client success strategy for ecommerce companies that focuses on seamless customer journeys and enduring client loyalty. You'll oversee the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding new customers to ensuring they achieve ongoing value from our products, driving incredible top line revenue results for blue chip clients across the globe. This leader will manage Customer Success Managers both in the US and Western Europe.You'll be the bridge between sales and customer support, fostering a collaborative environment where both teams work together to achieve a common goal: maximizing client success.Here's what you'll do:Develop and implement a strategic client success vision aligned with overall company goals.Like the leading conversation rate optimization (CRO) agency, design a best-in-class value realization process based on easy to prove ROI metrics.Lead a team of client success managers in proactively identifying and addressing client needs, anticipating challenges through a deep understanding of their business goals.Partner with Professional Services staff, including Strategy Consultants, Digital Experience Consultants, and Developers to delight clients in every stage of engagement with Monetate.Drive client engagement and product adoption through targeted programs and initiatives.Advocate for the client voice internally, influencing product development and strategy to ensure solutions align with client needs.Build a high-performing client success team known for their expertise in building lasting client relationships.Be willing to design and speak at world-class customer and prospect events in the US and UK. Introduce and reinforce a comprehensive operational strategy and process, inclusive of performance metrics.We're looking for a leader with:10+ years of experience in client success, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.Ecommerce, CRO agency, digital agency or Marketing Technology stack experience strongly desired. · Experience developing and implementing customer success programs.Deep understanding of customer success methodologies and a passion for fostering long-term client relationships, recognizing the importance of a tailored approach.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across departments and champion the client voice.Ability to travel globally, as needed.Join us and build a world-class client success organization focused on creating enduring client relationships and driving long-term customer success!Monetate is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
