The Vice President of Creative (VPC) is responsible for leading the development and execution of all marketing creative and production initiatives. The VPC will also articulate and maintain a cohesive and compelling brand identity for all companies under the company's portfolio, driving brand affinity, engagement, and increased lead growth among consumers seeking home services. A highly collaborative role, this person will work as part of a high-performing team of marketing leaders, in conjunction with our outsourced partner, spanning insights, planning, media, and communications to create a world-class creative marketing engine to drive business results.This is a hybrid role with limited travel. The office is located in Newark, DE.Essential Functions:Lead the creative vision and strategy for marketing – one that aligns with and supports our mission of providing high-quality in-home service at a price customers want.Ensure that all campaigns advance our brand message.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of in-house marketing professionals as they grow their careers.Create and (in partnership with other Marketing leaders and Outsourced Partners) execute all the creative components of marketing campaigns across all paid, owned, and earned channels.Manage a process to efficiently and smoothly produce a high volume of content – including customized content by segment – on time and on budget.Manage all outside creative/production vendor relationships to ensure maximum value capture and optimum output.Establish a culture of continuous improvement – working to evaluate the effectiveness of our creative, the efficiency of our production, and the processes we use to collaboratively build solutions together.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; required. Advanced degree preferred.8+ years in senior marketing role with a focus on creative strategy and planning requiredDemonstrated experience managing internal and external3-5 years managerial experience.Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing campaignsStrong knowledge of television, branding campaigns, digital marketing and digital content strategy that engage viewers and users.Proven track record of leading the creation of high-quality work – from script writing to art direction, producing, music, and voice-over selection, animation, and graphics.
