We improve our customer’s bottom line by reducing the overall cost of delivering after-hours care.POSITION OVERVIEW:We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Human Resources to assume responsibility for directing the day-to-day operations of the HR and recruiting team and develop the strategic planning of each. As a key position reporting to the VP, Finance & Strategy, we are looking for candidates who possess strong leadership qualities and strategic thinking abilities. This role may be based in the Brentwood, TN office or remotely in the US. This is a part-time role.WHAT YOU’LL DO:As a member of the leadership team, you will develop and execute the company’s long-term strategy for the Human Resources function.
