This pivotal role reports directly tothe Executive Chairman. This role iscritical indriving the development and delivery ofour innovative advertising technology platform across streaming, linearTV, video games, and tech platforms.This position islocated inLviv, Ukraine. The core team islocated inLviv and primarily works remotely with occasional team meetings inthe office.Key Responsibilities:Engineering Leadership:Lead and manage ateam ofengineers across multiple locations, fostering aculture ofinnovation, collaboration, and excellence.Ensure the engineering team isaligned with the company’s strategic goals and product roadmap.Technology Strategy and Execution:Collaborate with the Product and Engineering leaders todefine and execute the technology strategy, ensuring the selection and implementation ofcutting-edge technologies and architectures.Drive the development and delivery ofhigh-quality software, ensuring best practices inengineering, security, and DevOps.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with product management, design, and data science teams toensure seamless integration and delivery ofproduct features.Facilitate communication and collaboration across different teams and offices toensure alignment and efficiency.Talent Management and Development:Attract, retain, and develop top engineering talent, creating astrong technical culture that promotes innovation and growth.Mentor and guide engineering leaders and teams, fostering professional development and leadership skills.Qualifications:Minimum of10years ofexperience insoftware engineering, with atleast 5years inaleadership role managing engineering teams.Proven track record ofdelivering complex software projects ontime and with high quality.Strong technical background insoftware development, architecture, and cloud technologies.Experience indigital advertising technology orrelated fields ishighly desirable.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability toinspire and lead teams across different locations.
