MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Under the direction of the Director of the Marketing and Specialized Sales Department develops a marketing strategy and development plan for VET category products in accordance with the company's strategy.
- Brand development is a key aspect of the business and must be achieved by feeding more dogs and cats, so product endorsement and exposure is paramount.
- In this position, the employee must ensure the wide deployment of the brand in the market, in accordance with the Brand Identity System, by creating innovative and effective marketing activities.
- The specialist collaborates with internal and external partners to develop activities to ensure the strengthening of the brand's position as a health food in the VET channel, as well as to ensure that all initiatives support the brand's philosophy.
JOB DUTIES
Marketing strategy and plan VET :
- Develop a marketing strategy and product development plan for the VET category under the supervision of the Director of Marketing and Specialized Sales to ensure category growth in line with business goals .
- Conduct consumer, category, competition and channel analysis and propose product updates in the VET category by identifying new products and removing unsuccessful products from it.
- Stimulate the understanding and anticipation of consumer needs so that consumers have a more expressive and effective brand experience.
- Develop measures to increase the physical availability of VET products in order to accelerate growth through specialist prescriptions, moving towards personalized health nutrition.
- Create a launch plan and communication support for new products.
- Forecast sales of new products.
- Create a promotional plan and communication support for product promotion activities in the market.
- Forecast advertising sales together with the sales team.
- Be responsible for developing the pricing strategy for VET products, finding a balance between company goals and consumer satisfaction to ensure the correct positioning of VET products and their profitability in all sales channels.
- Lead the development and design of point of sale hardware, POSM and other promotional materials to ensure brand awareness and visibility across VET and PSR channels.
- Participate in product labeling adjustments to ensure proper product communication and effectiveness.
- Develop a media strategy with a targeted communication focus aligned with marketing plan activities.
- Initiate and manage brand exhibitions to ensure brand presence in line with brand vision and goals.
- Lead and be accountable for the effective use of the VET marketing budget.
- Build collaborative relationships with internal partnersframes (sales, logistics, finance, public relations departments).
- Take the initiative in managing sales partners and communication agencies, as well as in all aspects of brand projects to refine and systematize our model in driving the penetration of the Royal Canin brand into the market.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Higher education in economics or marketing.
- Fluency in the Ukrainian language.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Experience in trade marketing or brand management in an international company, from 3 years.
- Work experience in a company selling consumer goods or pharmaceutical products, from 5 years.
- Deep knowledge of brand management strategies and tools.
