The vacancy involves service in one of the special units of the Defense Forces.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• work in the verification group of the support service for users of the military situational awareness system
• verification of applications for registration in the system, communication regarding bringing applications to compliance with the system requirements
• solving the user's problem with system registration

REQUIREMENTS

• the ability to communicate politely: by voice, video and in chats
• friendliness, sociability, the ability to smooth out and/or avoid conflict situations in communication with users
• tolerance for users with a low level of computer literacy
• work in a team, the ability to ask for help from colleagues, to raise questions that are not clear from the current knowledge base
• curiosity and the ability to ask correct questions to clarify the identity of the user or his/her problems with registration
• ability or desire to understand the military terminology of subordination: command, military branches, services, etc.
• attention to details in working with documents
• fluent Ukrainian and spoken English will be an additional advantage

CONDITIONS

• contract service until the end of martial law (not transferred from other units)
• polygraph at the final stage
• work in an office, 5 shifts per week (8-hour work shifts in the range from 8 am to 10 pm)
