VDC SYSTEM TECHNICIAN in VEC-UA

VEC-UA is the official representative office of the American company VEC in Ukraine. Since 2019, we have been analyzing and modeling electrical networks in the virtual space of construction, creating projects for world leaders: Meta, Google, Tesla, Amazon, Microsoft. development.

Today we are looking for a VDC SYSTEM TECHNICIAN — a specialist who will help structure, improve and scale the internal processes of the company.

Format of work

• Full employment

• Remote or office (Lviv / Dnipro / Kharkiv)

• Offices with backup power and stable Internet

Main duties

• Development of graphic and presentation materials

• Participation in the creation and optimization of project management processes

• Analysis and improvement of operational processes

• Update and systematization of internal standards

• Updating training materials

• Preparation of documentation in English

?? Important: experience is not required

We are open to candidates without extensive experience.

? Experience in BIM/VDC companies will be a plus (for basic understanding of processes) ? But willingness to develop and learn is more important to us than years of experience

Hard Skills

• Working with presentation tools (Google Slides / PowerPoint / Canva - at least one)

• Confident work with Spreadsheet (Google Sheets / Excel)

• Using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)

• English is sufficient for:

  • creating documentation and standards

  • checking the content of generated content

  • further communication with the US team

(At the start - mainly work with a Ukrainian-speaking team)
