VAT accountant in Timak Agro Ukrayina

Currently, we are inviting a VAT Accountant to our team for further development and support of our business activity in Ukraine.

Directly reporting to the Chief Accountant You will work on the following tasks:

• Reflection of tax credit in accounting and VAT declarations, control of the correctness of the nomenclature and codes of UCT ZED; 
• Compilation of tax invoices for fertilizer and grain sales operations, their registration through the M.E.Doc system;
• Communication with counterparties regarding approval and registration of tax invoices; 
• Control of the presence of a registration limit in the VAT SE;
• Interaction with employees of adjacent departments for the preparation and registration of tax invoices and adjustment calculations;
• Reflection in the accounting of communication services (mobile and landline); 
• Participation in closing the reporting period; 
• Storage of reporting and verification files in cloud storage;
• Participation in the process of unlocking tax invoices (if necessary); 
• Participation in projects on the automation of accounting processes (SAP, BAF, M.E.Doc, Vchasno and other systems).

Candidate profile:

• Higher education (accounting, finance, accounting and audit);
• 2 years of work experience in the area of VAT;
• Experience of working in an LLC on the general system taxation (with VAT)
• Experience with BAF, SAP or similar software;
• Confident PC user: MS Office Excel, Word;
• Attention, responsibility, desire to deepen your knowledge, willingness to learn new programs.
