Form a sales plan for the market and a plan for improving results. Initiate and participate in the launch of lead generation projects. Initiate and participate in setting up sales channels and communication with customers .Interact and coordinate with the B2B direction, searching for opportunities to attract the audience without obstacles for B2B.Synchronize with marketing departments, product marketing to implement product promotion tools and increase brand awareness among the B2C audience.Coordinate and implement projects to promote our brand among the B2C audience. Interact with markets on projects, RK, collaborations to improve plan execution indicators. Optimize and improve work processes for online sales. Improve customer experience on the site. Develop analytical reports and dashboards to find opportunities and threats for the development of the B2C direction. sales teams (testing and initiation of improvements) as well as team training.
