What you will do Design content for user tasks (from headers, forms and buttons to transactional emails) Explain the complex in simple words Create a useful and convenient product together with the team Research the effectiveness and clarity of interface texts Help moderate the texts of messages sent by clients Your task is to immerse yourself in the product as much as possible, study all its advantages and disadvantages. Together with POs, analysts, designers and developers, you will create a commercially successful story. On the other hand, you must care about the needs and "pains" of users and strive to solve them. The specialist we are looking for is fluent in the Ukrainian language. Worked as a UX writer/content designer in a product company for over 2 years. Can work with analytics and usability services. Basic knowledge of interface design services.
