The purpose of the position: to create such texts that explain to the user how the product works; directs and helps him not to get lost in this application. Who are we looking for, is it mandatory?—experience in the field of UX-writing for 3 years — a clear portfolio of UX-writing, please, mandatory!; — free English; —understanding of UX rules and patterns of product use (age, region, technical literacy, etc.). —knowledge of the basic principles of text construction, interface design, and user impact. — strong communication skills and the ability to communicate in different teams; — the ability to analyze data and user feedback to improve content; —knowledge of Figma.ʼ What will need to be done?—write clear and useful text for product users, conveying the tone of voice of the brand; — create texts of user interfaces that help navigate the product and interact with it (headings, signatures, buttons, messages and other textual elements of the interface) — write microcopy: a short text that helps the user interact with the product (inscriptions on buttons, prompts in registration forms) or signals a problem (error message or incorrect password). — communicate with subproject teams; What we offer: — we offer full-time work for a specific client and the subject of the project; — maintain your level of English (the entire team is in the USA); —relatively flexible work schedule; —adequate deadlines for completing tasks without overtime; — without screening of tatiming screens; —stable payment in full taxes, in accordance with the previous legislation; — 20 working days of vacation per year and 10 working days of sick leave per year; —remote work format.
