UX writer (B2B chatbot) in Kyivstar.Tech

What you will do

• Write simple and comprehensive texts for user flows
• Design scenarios for a chatbot together with analysts and developers
• Configure content in a low-code designer
• Analyze understandability and accuracy of the chatbot's answers and adapt the content accordingly
• Improve the tone and voice of the product

Your task is to immerse yourself in the product as much as possible, study all its advantages and disadvantages. Together with POs, analysts and developers, you will create a commercially successful story. On the other hand, you have to care about the needs and "pains" of users and try to solve them. 

Will be a plus

• Basic understanding of ML/NLP
• Experience with CMS and low-code/no-code chatbot designers (pipe.bot, corezoid, dialogflow, manychat, intercom, etc.)
