UX-writer in NovaPay

Financial company "NovaPay" (group of companies "NOVA") announces a competition for the position of "UX-writer"

Requirements:

• higher education
< li>experience in the industry from 2 years
• understanding of the principles of UX design and the ability to adapt text content to the needs of users
• knowledge of modern trends in the field of UX and the ability to use them for development products
• the ability to understand complex things and explain them in simple language.
• experience in the FinTech area is desirable
• creativity and the ability to think outside the box
• responsibility, communication, ability to work in a team and with partners
• knowledge of programs: Google Docks, Power Point, Figma

Main tasks:

• writing texts in accordance with the Company's Tone of Voice for the mobile application, taking into account the needs and expectations of users
• creating clear and concise messages that would help users master the functionality of the application and perform the necessary actions
• preparation of instructions and other text content for related channels in accordance with Tone of Voice
• use of analytics and user feedback for continuous improvement of text content and interface mobile application as a whole
• organizing content and creating dictionaries to improve user experience
• interacting with marketing, design and development teams to ensure consistency and unity between text and visual content
< li>participation in testing interfaces and collecting feedback from users
