About WorkFlow team:

We are a passionate and ambitious team of 100+ people on a mission to create rich customer experiences by automating their entire documentation lifecycle with a powerful all-in-one solution: Workflow. The product enables businesses to create powerful documents and automate document processes. From simple tasks like editing PDFs and creating forms to eSigning, Workflow is everything you need to create, integrate, and automate your documents. This product is a completely redesigned and reimplemented version of our workflow automation product, optimized for self-service and lights-out operations.

And now we are seeking a talented UX Writer, to join our WorkFlow product team. You will be responsible for crafting clear, concise, and user-friendly content that enhances the user experience. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a challenging and groundbreaking project in workflow automation.

What you’ll be working on:

• Craft and manage all in-product text, including messages, emails, labels, and buttons
• Ensure consistency and clarity in the product’s language
• Collaborate closely with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to align content with user needs and product goals
• Take ownership of Crowdin to manage localization and translation processes
• Continuously refine content based on user feedback and product analytics
• Maintain a high standard of English language usage and tone appropriate for the product

What we expect from you:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UX Writer, Technical Writer, or similar role
• Excellent command of English (C1 level or higher), with a strong feel for the language
• Experience with software product design and understanding of UX principles
• Exposure to native English speakers and knowledge of cultural nuances in language use
• Proficiency in using tools like ChatGPT and Crowdin.

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field is a plus
• Background in English literature or editing
