• Design content for custom tasks (from headers, forms and buttons to transactional emails)
• Explain the complex in simple words
• Create together with a useful and convenient product by the team
• Help moderate the texts of messages sent by customers

Your task is to immerse yourself in the product as much as possible, to study all its advantages and disadvantages. Together with the PO, analysts, designers and developers you will create a commercially successful story.On the other hand, you must care about the needs and "pains" of the users and strive to solve them.

The specialist we are looking for

• He is fluent in the Ukrainian language
• Worked as a UX writer/content designer in a product company for over 2 years
• Able to work with analytics and usability services
• Basically familiar with interface design services (Figma or others)
• Expert in user research
• Willing to work in within the Scrum method
• Aspires to learn and apply new knowledge in practice
