UX/UI Designer @ TARGET in ZIEL

We are looking for a Client-Obsessed Experience Designer who lives and breathes user needs. This role is for a designer who is not only skilled in crafting beautiful interfaces and implementing them in wireframes and prototypes but is also passionate about deeply understanding and solving for the client's experience at every touchpoint.

Advanced Customer Research Skills

• Expertise in deploying a range of user research techniques, including contextual inquiries, usability testing, and A/B testing, to gather deep insights into user needs and expectations.
• Ability to apply advanced analytical skills to interpret user data and extract meaningful patterns that inform design decisions.

Proficient in Customer Journey Mapping

• Strong proficiency in crafting comprehensive customer journey maps that illustrate the user's end-to-end experience, highlighting areas for improvement and innovation.
• Skilled in applying design thinking methodologies to dissect and reconstruct customer journeys, fostering creative solutions to enhance user satisfaction.

Facilitation of Customer Involvement

• Demonstrated skill in facilitating ideation, co-creation, and testing workshops that actively engage customers in the design process, yielding actionable user-centric insights.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with users to foster ongoing engagement and collaboration throughout the design lifecycle.

Expertise in Wireframing and Prototyping

• Advanced proficiency with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Balsamiq, Axure, InVision, or similar, to create detailed and interactive representations of proposed design solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of best practices in wireframing and prototyping, with a keen eye for detail in simulating user interfaces and interactions.

Focused on Quality Assurance and Iterative Testing

• Rigorous approach to quality assurance, with a track record of implementing structured testing protocols to ensure design outputs adhere to the highest usability standards.
• Expertise in integrating user feedback into iterative design cycles, with a commitment to refining products based on precise user input and performance metrics.
