We’ve worked with AstraZeneca, Nasdaq, major American manufacturing companies, and our clients have been featured in Forbes.I’m looking for a person who is driven by data, ready to take responsibility for projects, and eager to be an active team member.What you will be responsible for:Analyzing client business requirementsEngaging with project stakeholdersSupervising junior designersCollaborating with me, the project manager, and developersImplementing feedback from my sideSimplifying complex informationDeveloping website and app conceptsMaintaining and improving existing design systemsWhat we’re looking for in your skills:2+ years of commercial experience in UX/UI design, whether solo or as part of a teamOutstanding proficiency in Figma; you’re a wizard with layout and component systemsSolid understanding of basic UX principles, knowing that design is based on metrics, interviews, and product performance, not just gut feelingsGood English; you should be comfortable communicating with stakeholders in English and with the team in UkrainianRespect for deadlines, with the ability to be flexible and find solutions without compromising qualityAn aversion to using Lorem Ipsum; you respect your readers and avoid filler contentPresentation and communication skills, capable of handling feedback and presenting it effectively to others Bonus points if you have any of the following:Proficiency in UI animation, with the ability to visualize concepts in After Effects or similar softwareKnowledge of Framer, Webflow, or other no-code platformsGraphic/Branding design expertiseAdvanced UX research skills, including conducting interviews and measuring the success of design decisionsExperience mentoring junior designers What we offer in return:We’re a growing team of 12 specialists in design and development.
