Grona.Tech is a dynamic agency dedicated to creating award-winning mobile and web applications across various domains, including fintech, edtech, healthcare, travel etc. We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our creative team and help us craft visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Design attractive, intuitive, and non-trivial user interfaces for mobile and web applications
• Collaborate closely with UX designers to create user-centered and business-oriented products
• Develop comprehensive UI kits and design systems to ensure consistency across projects
• Stay up-to-date with the latest visual trends, mobile design patterns, and emerging technologies
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders
• Contribute to the creation of award-winning applications that set new standards in UI design
• Effectively communicate design decisions and negotiate solutions with clients and team members
• Deliver projects within deadlines, adhering to task descriptions and technical constraints
• Proactively identify and communicate risks to meet defined goals and timelines
• Share ideas and experiences to improve team processes and approaches

Requirements:

• 1+ years of commercial experience in UI design for mobile and web applications
• Strong portfolio showcasing visually appealing, user-friendly, and non-trivial interface designs
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (complex UI components, design libraries, variables, high-fidelity mockups, advanced interactive prototyping)
• Excellent understanding of typography rules, layouts, visual hierarchy, and iOS/Material guidelines
• Experience in creating mood boards to capture customer expectations
• Ability to develop UI designs based on wireframes and prototypes
• Understanding of UX principles and frameworks
• Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate on designs
• Passion for creating exceptional user experiences
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
