UX/UI Designer ( e-commerce) in Voodoo Ecom Agency

In connection with the launch of new services, we are looking for an experienced and proactive designer who has a desire to develop the direction of UX/UI design. 

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

- 2 years of experience in UX /UI and web design; 

- Spoken English at Upper-Intermediate level;

- Excellent understanding of UI/UX design principles and methods (user flow, prototyping, interaction and analytics);

- You are proficient in Figma (styles, components, autolayouts);

- You have an understanding of the principles of work in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop;

- Experience in the independent development of design systems and working with brand books and client identity;

- Expertise in creating adaptive devices for various devices; 

- Strong communication skills to formulate your concepts, visions, and justify the decisions made; 

- Experience in developing direct-to-consumer e-commerce websites;

- Experience in case packaging and positioning on Behance and other platforms

It is great if you have experience in your treasury:
- Experience of mentoring other designers;

- Graphic design, typography, and animation skills;

- Understanding the principles of HTML and CSS;

- commercial experience working with design on Shopify (freelance or outsourced);

- Proficiency in Photoshop (PS) and Illustrator ( AI).

1. Building expertise and service setup;

2. Building and supporting the process of testing design solutions; 

 3. Review of project design for usability problems and compliance of visual solutions with the client’s request

 4. Organization of team development, building a roadmap of specialists (when the number of designers will increase)

• Logic analysis and search for ways to improve project design efficiency; 
• Design presentation to clients. 

Additional tasks:

1. KPI definition and performance control design; 
2. Development of organizational processes (ClickUp, Notion);
3. Search for new solutions to increase the efficiency of the Voodoo Ecom Agency team as an executor of customer orders; 
4. Fixing and updating the design service implementation flow on agency projects; 

5. Execution of CEO assignments related to design
