UX/UI Designer in Uptech

💬 Hello! We are Uptech, an international software development company working with startups and well-known businesses from the US and Europe. Products and ideas inspire us, so we build them ourselves and help our customers launch projects that positively impact people's lives. In seven years, we have created more than 150 products, including Dollar-Shave Club, Goat and Aspiration. Our RnD team has launched 7 successful startups, among them: Plai, Sommo, Dyvo and Rozmova. We are currently looking for a UX/UI designer to join the Uptech Design team. The basis of our collaboration is close interaction between design, product, and engineering teams. In this role, we propose to work with fintech and medical projects, help AI startups create products that help, and also develop digital interfaces for physical products. Required skills :Last 2+ years of commercial UX/UI designer experience;Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and an iterative approach to development;Experience conducting user research and usability testing;Ability to transform user needs and product requirements into appropriate interface solutions;Experience development of low- and high-detail prototypes, information architecture and interaction design; Experience in creating responsive web and mobile design; Deep knowledge of web and mobile design patterns, as well as iOS and Android guidelines. Experience with Figma, including using and creating libraries, components, options and auto layouts; Understanding of atomic design; Developed skills in presenting own solutions; English language level Upper Intermediate and above. Will be an advantage: Domain expertise with financial and blockchain projects; UX writing skills; Experience with Webflow. Your future tasks: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and develop intuitive user interfaces that meet business goals; Work with product hypotheses and build plans for testing them using user research methods and front-end solutions; Develop design concepts and effectively present them to stakeholders and to cross-functional teams;Translate user needs and product requirements into interface solutions;Ensure consistency and scalability of interfaces;Organize and participate in design and product workshops;Analyze, clarify and consider technical requirements when building interfaces;Report on design progress.What we offer: The opportunity to work with startups from the USA and Europe; Hybrid work format: remotely or in a cozy office in Kyiv; Flexible schedule: 8 hours a day depending on your biorhythms (no fixed start of the working day); Paid vacation (31 days off per year: 11 public holidays + 20 actual vacation); Paid sick leave without certificates (10 working days per year); Sports activities (soccer team, volleyball team, marathons, Race Nation); Social activities and internal events for knowledge sharing.
