You are our ideal candidate if you have:

• 2 years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer.
• Understanding of modern UX design principles and methodologies.
• Knowledge of HIG and Material Design principles.
• Experience in creating native and cross-platform applications. Understanding key principles and differences.
• Ability to work in a cohesive team and meet all deadlines.
• Understanding of development processes.
• Knowledge of programs: Figma (including working with libraries of symbols and styles).
• Intermediate+ proficiency in After Effects, knowledge and use of animation principles (Walt Disney 12 principles)
• ​​Experience in creating and maintaining complex design systems and interactive prototypes.
• Willingness to develop and create cool visual FinTech products aiming to receive design awards such as the Red Dot Design Award. The desire to create cool FinTech solutions that can change the market of banking applications.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience in the field of FinTech.
• Level of knowledge of the English language "B1" and live communication skills.
• Experience in Custdev Interview and SC testing
• 3d, 4d skills would be great, but not necessary :D.
• Having a portfolio that will not leave anyone indifferent to your style and approach to designing.

Your list of responsibilities will include:

• Design of a product mobile application for cross-platform or native applications (work on the visual components of the application, creation of animations, simple 3d graphics as needed, micro-interactions)
• Detailed research in the field of UX while working on new products and sections of the application, competitor market analysis.
• Support for a unified visual style of the application and consistency of elements.
• Development of UX prototypes, video animations and UI design mockups for a product project.
• Close communication with product development team and business analysts.
