YOU come first!

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in designing user interfaces (UI) and user experience (UX), preferably in the context of e-commerce.
• Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision is necessary for designing user interfaces and prototyping.
• The ability to analyze user behavior, understand their needs and goals, and create interfaces that are intuitive and user-friendly.
• Knowledge of the latest UX/UI trends and in the design of user interfaces and user experience, especially in the context of e-commerce, and the ability to use them effectively.
• Responsive design skills - the ability to design responsive interfaces that adapt to various devices, screen resolutions, mobile devices.
• Ability to think creatively and propose innovative design solutions that can improve user experience and increase e-commerce conversions. 
• Knowledge of the online sales process and awareness of key factors influencing e-commerce conversions, such as user journey, shopping path, shopping cart, etc.
• Ability to conduct user tests, data analysis and iterate designs to continuously improve user interfaces and user experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with other project team members, including developers, product managers, analysts, etc., to achieve common project goals.
• Portfolio of UX/UI projects that include examples of e-commerce projects and their effectiveness in improving user experience and conversions.
