The State Operator of the Home Front (DOT) is a state agency that provides for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Guided by the principles of integrity and people-centeredness, we supply food, clothing, fuel and lubricants, and medical equipment for the needs of the military.
We are convinced that supplying the army should not only be interesting to the market, but also honorable. Our task is to develop an appropriate system of relations with suppliers, increasing the value of each invested hryvnia of the state budget.
