UX/UI Designer in Respect Energy Holding S.A.

We are looking for a person to join the business transformation project at Respect Energy!

As part of this project, we are developing several innovative products, including a billing system, a product catalog, which will be the main tool for presenting the product offer, and a tool for handling our renewable energy (RES) sales processes and post-sales processes.

Projects are key to our domain - we are looking for you if you feel overall responsibility for the product you build and develop, feel comfortable in cooperation with stakeholders from various areas and are an independent, self-confident person, able to justify the decisions taken design decisions.

Respect Energy's activities are based on several pillars, including: international trade in electricity, property rights and guarantees of origin, as well as energy sales to end users and activities promoting access to clean energy. Respect Energy invests in infrastructure for the production of green energy, mainly in wind and photovoltaic farms, thus expanding its portfolio of renewable energy sources and expanding its offer to customers. The company currently operates on 24 markets and cooperates with a group of over 1,000 energy producers.
The CICERO Shades of Green organization awarded Respect Energy's investments the highest CICERO Dark Green score.

• You have at least 3 years of experience in product design (UX/UI)
• You know English at B2 level
• You have conducted design processes using methodologies human center design (e.g. design thinking, service design, product design)
  
• You have experience in exploratory research and testing hypotheses and prototypes
• You can understand both the needs of the user and the business , as well as technical limitations
• You work in Figma
• You organize your work very well, you can set priorities and manage your time
• You can supervise system design development
