UX/UI designer in Derzhavniy operator tilu

We are looking for a UX/UI designer for the newly created procurement agency under the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. If you share our values ​​and have a desire to make the military procurement process more efficient, fair, and accountable, this job is for you!

The Department of Defense (DOT) is a government agency that provides the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Guided by the principles of integrity and people-centeredness, we supply food, clothing, fuel and lubricants, and medical property for the needs of the military.

We are convinced that supplying the army should not only be interesting to the market, but also honorable. Our task is to develop an appropriate system of relations with suppliers, increasing the value of each invested hryvnia of the state budget.

The main duties of the position:

- Development and improvement of user interfaces for agency systems (own development, development based on Microsoft products).

- Collaboration with the development team and business analysts, end users to create intuitive and effective solutions.

- Carrying out user experience research, analyzing the results and formulating a proposal for improving the agency's systems.

- Creating prototypes and layouts in Figma.

- Testing and checking the finished interfaces for ease of use.

Necessary skills and qualifications:

- Work experience in a similar position for at least 3 years.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

- Deep understanding of UX and UI design principles.

p>- Availability of successful projects on the development of interfaces for ERP systems.

- Proficiency in the Figma tool at a high level.

Will be a plus:

- Higher education in the field of design, information technology or related fields.

- Experience with ERP systems and understanding of their specifics.
