UX/UI designer in SoftHouseGroup

SoftHouseGroup is looking for an experienced UX/UI designer (part-time: 8-16h per week) to extend our team and to work with a large project in the Insurance domain. 
 Team in Ukraine: 20+ people. 10 Software Engineers, 7 QA Manual and Automation Engineers, BA, Technical Writes, UX/UI.
 
Responsibilities

– Help guide clients to shape strategies that deliver business value and customer satisfaction, and playing an integral role with new business projects
– Responsible for interaction design, task flow, behavior, and navigation design – creating custom journeys, user flows, prototypes, and testing
– Collaborate with business and other design teams to better their practice, approaches, and skills.
– Be a user advocate
– Design within an established set of rules (patterns, guidelines, constraints, principles, etc.)
– Articulate user, business, or technical reasoning for design decisions
– Conduct and lead experience research across multiple LOBs, channels and stakeholder touchpoints
 
Requirements

– English: Upper-Intermediate
– 5+ years of a digital agency or consulting firm experience
– Strong portfolio of digital work with the ability to explain the rationale and thinking behind the work
– A passion for seeking out and deploying the latest and greatest interaction design best practices
– Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously, attention to detail, enjoys pushing boundaries
– Ability to take a complex problem, distill it down and create a simple yet elegant solution
– Tools: Figma, Miro, and prototyping tools such as Invision
