UX/UI Designer in Grow Holdings Limited T/A Opinov8

WE BUILD
The Client is USA based leader in a logistic service provider. It relies on a network of carrier partners to provide capacity and our task is to support Client in development of different Web applications across the organization. The systems are designed  to work with agents, shippers, carriers etc.

 

  BEING PART OF THE TEAM, you will:
-Design and develop UX deliverables throughout the product lifecycle, based on UX best practices, research and metrics
-Evaluating an existing solution (or idea) for usefulness and effectiveness
-Generate solutions to business needs, and communicate the pros and cons for each
-Design and execute cross-platform projects (desktop, mobile) in partnership with the dev team
-Collaborate with USA stakeholders and onshore/offshore engineers to bring your ideas to life
-Present and defend your design solutions

POWER YOU BRING
-2+ years of commercial experience as UX specialist on both web and mobile applications
-Experience with Large Data Management systems, Dashboards will be a plus
-Proficiency in up-to-date design tools (Adobe XD, Sketch, inVision and/or other prototyping and sketching tools)
-Have a relevant portfolio with previous works clearly showing the UX improvements you’ve made
-Creating IA, user flows, high-fidelity wireframes 
-Defining business and users requirements
-Knowledge of user research methods (both qualitative and quantitative) 
-Knowledge of Usability & UCD principles 
-Know how to enhance the user experience with and without access to end-users.
-English — Upper-Intermediate level and higher
-Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
-Good time-management skills
