UX/UI Designer in Humandone

If you're reading this, you're probably aware that the Humandone team is currently seeking a UX/UI Designer for upcoming projects in the crypto and AI fields, as well as beyond.What do we do?Our primary focus is on creating valuable and innovative products rather than solely prioritising profit, which has helped us establish a solid reputation in the design industry and gain a lot of clients.We work with new and existing clients to solve design problems and create convenient and enjoyable products. Our current projects mainly revolve around crypto and AI, but we also periodically test out new ideas and launch our products.What do we use for work?It's simple:1. Slack for communication with the team;2. Notion for tracking tasks and collecting documentation3. Figma for the UX/UI design;4. Principle/Keyshape/Blender/After Effects for animationWhat superpowers are needed?The list is not that big. We require:1. Proficiency in English at the level of speaking;2. Ability to present and defend your decisions;3. Autonomy and attentiveness;4. Proficiency in Figma (auto layouts, components, options, and all that cool stuff).And, of course, the sense of beauty!What qualities are important to us?1. The ability to look at the task not only from a technical point of view but also from a product one, as well as to figure out what kind of a problem the feature solves, by whom it will be used, how and why - everything that goes beyond the mechanical following of TR or specifications;2. The ability to communicate and work in a team: table essential issues and problems, argue your thoughts, calmly treat an opinion that differs from yours;3. An inner desire to make a user-friendly high-quality product instead of just completing the task.It would be great if you have:1. Experience in working with FinTech/DeFi/Crypto/Ai products;2.
