Working conditions: Work in a modern office in the city center, a comfortable and convenient workplace; Schedule 5/2 from 9:00 to 19:00; Rate - 35,000 UAH per month; Payroll 2 times a month. IMPORTANT - work only in the office. Responsibilities: User Requirements Analysis: Studying and analyzing the needs of end users of the CRM system to determine key functional and visual requirements; Concept Development : Creation of a comprehensive UX/UI design concept that meets business goals and provides a high level of user experience; Interface Design: Development of intuitive interfaces that simplify the work with the CRM system, including page layouts, navigation, controls and visual elements; Creation of Prototypes: Development of interface prototypes for testing and evaluation of user experience, including wireframes and high-fidelity mockups; User Experience Testing (UX Testing): Organizing and conducting tests with real users to identify problems and improve the interface; Interaction with Developers: Close cooperation with the development team for ensuring accurate implementation of design concepts in the final product; Adaptive Design: Development of an adaptive design that ensures the correct display of CRM on different devices and screen sizes; Creation of Style Guides: Development of design systems and style guides to ensure the consistency of the visual style of the CRM system.
