UX/UI Designer in A development

A-Development is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team of highly skilled professionals. Requirements: Work experience: from 2 years in the field of UI/UX design. The presence of a high-quality portfolio with work examples that demonstrate skills in UI/UX design. Knowledge and ability to work with tools and methodologies of UI/UX design, knowledge of Adobe XD, Sketch programs , Figma, InVision, and others. Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including customers, developers, and other team members. Ability to take initiative and justify design decisions. Experience in web and mobile design. Upper-Intermediate English level. Responsibilities: Development of interfaces for web and mobile applications taking into account the needs of users and the customer. Conducting user testing and analyzing the results. Cooperation with developers and other team members to ensure high product quality. Continuous improvement of skills and use of the latest design methods and tools.
