You are our ideal candidate if you have:
- Experience in the position of UX/UI or Product Designer from
2< /nobr> years. - Understanding modern UX design principles and methodologies.
- Knowledge of HIG and Material Design principles.
- Experience in creating native and cross-platform applications . Understanding key principles and differences.
- Ability to work in a cohesive team and meet all deadlines.
- Understanding development processes.
- Knowledge of programs: Figma (including working with symbol libraries and styles).
- Intermediate+ proficiency in After Effects, knowledge and use of animation principles (Walt Disney's 12 principles)
- Experience in creating and supporting complex design systems and interactive prototypes.
- Desire to develop and create cool visual FinTech products aiming to receive design awards such as the Red Dot Design Award. The desire to create cool FinTech solutions that can change the market of banking applications.
The list of your duties will include:
- Design of a product mobile application for cross-platform or native applications (work on visual components of the application, creation of animations, simple 3d graphics as needed, micro-interactions)
- Detailed research in the field of UX while working on new products and sections of the application, competitor market analysis.
- Maintenance of a uniform visual style of the application and consistency of elements.
- Development of UX prototypes, video animations and UI design layouts for a product project.
- Close communication with the product development team and business analysts.
