💬 Hello! We are Uptech, an international software development company working with startups and well-known businesses from the USA and Europe. Products and ideas inspire us, so we build them ourselves and help our customers launch projects that positively impact people's lives.

In seven years, we have created more than 150 products, including Dollar-Shave Club, Goat and Aspiration. Our RnD team launched 7 successful startups, among them: Plai, Sommo, Dyvo and Rozmova.

In this role, we propose to work with fintech and medical projects, help AI startups create products that help, and also develop digital interfaces for physical products.

Your future tasks:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and develop intuitive user interfaces that meet business goals;
• Work with product hypotheses and build plans to test them using user research methods and interface solutions;
• Develop design concepts and effectively present them to stakeholders and cross-functional teams;
• Transform user needs and product requirements into interface solutions;
• Ensure consistency and scalability of interfaces;
• Organize and participate in design and product workshops;
• Analyze, clarify and take into account technical requirements when building interfaces;
• Report progress on design.

Required Skills:

• Last 2+ years of commercial experience as a UX/UI designer;
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and an iterative approach to development;
• Experience in user research and usability testing;
• Ability to transform user needs and product requirements into appropriate interface solutions;
• Experience in developing low- and high-detail prototypes, information architecture and interaction design;
• Experience in creating responsive web and mobile design;
• Deep knowledge of web and mobile design patterns, as well as iOS and Android guidelines.
• Experience with Figma, including using and creating libraries, components, variants and auto layouts;
• Understanding atomic design;
• Developed skills of presenting own solutions;
• Upper Intermediate English level and above.

Will be an advantage:

• Domain expertise with financial and blockchain projects;
• UX writing skills;
• Experience with Webflow.
