About the company
We are a product AdTech company that develops its own DSP platform (Demand-Side Platform) for programmatic advertising. Our product is used by professional users for ad campaign management, analytics, optimization and RTB work.

About the project
The product already has an existing UI. We are currently in an active development phase and are looking for a UX/UI designer to:

• improve and finalize existing interfaces

• design UX/UI for new features (campaigns, analytics, optimization, RTB)

• work with the design system

• design and support corporate sites company

The project is technically complex, with real users and close interaction with product and dev teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing user scenarios and improving the UX of existing screens

• Designing UX/UI for new product features

• Preparing designs for transfer to development (Figma)

• Confident command of Figma

• Experience of working with complex interfaces (dashboards, analytics, B2B / SaaS)

• Understanding the principles of UX, user flows, usability

• Mandatory knowledge of the Russian language, since the team is international, and Russian is chosen as the main language of inter-team communication communication.

• Ability to work independently and argue design decisions

Will be a plus

• Experience in AdTech / MarTech / FinTech

• Experience with DSP, SSP, RTB or analytical platforms

• Experience with design systems

• Understanding technical constraints frontend development
