UX/UI designer in Agenciya oboronnih zakupivel DOT

The DOT Defense Procurement Agency is a state enterprise engaged in the procurement of equipment, ammunition, UAVs, food, clothing, fuel and lubricants for the Armed Forces and the Defense Forces.

Our mission: we provide the Defense Forces and develop the national defense industry for the stability and defense capability of Ukraine.

We are currently looking for a UX/UI designer who will be responsible for developing and improving user interfaces, creating design solutions and interacting with the team to improve the user experience of digital products.

Job duties:

1. Development and improvement of user interfaces for agency systems (own development, development based on Microsoft products).
2. Cooperation with development team and business analysts, end users to create intuitive and effective solutions.
3. Conducting user experience research, analyzing the results and formulating a proposal for improving the agency's systems.
4. Creating prototypes and models in Figma.
5. Testing and checking ready-made interfaces for usability.

Requirements for candidates:

1. Deep understanding of UX and UI design principles.
2. Work experience: At least 3 years of work experience as a UX/UI designer.
3. Project track: Availability of successful projects on the development of interfaces for ERP systems.
4. Tools: Mastery of the Figma tool at a high level.
5. Excellent analytical skills with a focus on the end user.
6. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Will be an advantage:

1. Experience of working with ERP systems and understanding of their specifics.
2. Higher education in the field of design, information technology or related fields (will be a plus).
