UX/UI designer in Derzhavniy Operator Tilu

We are looking for a UX/UI designer for the newly created procurement agency under the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. If you share our values ​​and have a desire to make the process of providing the military more efficient, fair and accountable, this job is for you!

State rear operator (DOT) is a state agency that provides for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Guided by the principles of integrity and people-centeredness, we supply food, clothing, fuel -lubricants and medical property for the needs of the military.

We are convinced that supplying the army should be not only an interesting market, but also honorable. Our task is to develop an appropriate system of relations with suppliers, increasing the value of each invested hryvnia of the state budget.

Main duties in the position:

• Development and improvement of user interfaces for agency systems (own development, development on the basis of Microsoft products).
• Collaboration with the development team and business analysts, end users to create intuitive and effective solutions.
• Conducting user experience research, analyzing the results and formulating the proposal to improve the agency's systems.
• Creation of prototypes and layouts in Figma.
• Testing and checking of ready-made interfaces for ease of use.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience in a similar position for a minimum of 3 years.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on the end user.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

• Deep understanding of the principles of UX and UI design.
• Availability of successful projects on the development of interfaces for ERP systems.
• Proficiency in the Figma tool at a high level.

• Higher education in the field of design, information technology or related fields.
• Experience with ERP systems and understanding of their specifics.
